She incorporates her experience with different movement modalities, including Pilates, Gyrokinesis, dance and Bartinieff Fundamentals to create a specific program for each client. Her fitness experience has encompassed individual and group work, ranging from introductory to advanced instruction and she has worked with clients ranging in age from 12-90. Additionally, Lynn has trained students to teach Pilates. She brings precision, depth and flow to her work. She is located in the Claremont Hills.
Lynn is also a licensed psychotherapist and has worked with people dealing with chronic pain, health issues and injuries. This has helped her include the whole of the person in her sessions, as well as support an awareness of the losses and challenges associated with changes in the body. She has a passion for helping people discover, recover and embody joy through movement and the body.
